After doing physicals for the San Leandro High School athletes we invited a few of the soccer and basketball athletes to our new training facility. We showed the athletes how to maintain and prevent injuries by introducing them to the S.M.A.R.T Stretch Technique. Then we put them through a tutorial on the proper running mechanics and a few core exercise. The athletes had a good time learning something new though it was difficult to relearn how to run. They finished their training with the S.M.A.R.T Stretch Technique.
