Mike and John are twins and are sophomores at College Park High School.  Both play on the junior varsity basketball team but John also plays on the junior varsity volley ball team.  Mike and John are naturally great athletes.  They are both tall, long, and have great rhythm to their game.  Like most basketball and volleyball players they want to jump higher and get stronger.  Chad put Mike and John on a flexibility program because they could not touch their toes and were complaining about tight hamstrings and calves.  In conjunction with the flexibility program they learn form running and jumping.  After a few weeks on the S.M.A.R.T Stretch Technique Mike and John showed tremendous improvement in their flexibility thus resulting in a more explosive jump and faster running times.  “These boys are naturally gifted athletes,” Chad said, “But now that they are more flexible… they are on their way to becoming a more complete athlete.”  Mike and John continue to thrive under Up 2 Speed’s Program under Chad’s watchful eye.  “My job is to make sure that my athletes learn how to be healthy and stay injury free first,” Chad says, “Learning how to become a better basketball and volleyball player is the easy part.”
