Brianna is a junior and plays on the varsity girl’s basketball team.  She injured her ankle coming down for a rebound during a regular season game.  Chad was an instrumental part of Brianna’s rehabilitation.  Once she was well enough to participate in Chad's strength and conditioning program, Brianna started to build more strength in her ankle through a series of exercises focusing on form running and jumping.  Her confidence grew as she slowly increased her repetition and sets.  It took her a few weeks to join her teammates in Chad's Basketball Strength and Conditioning Program.  "I feel like my strength and conditioning has far exceeded where I was prior to my injury," Brianna says, “If it weren't for Chad taking me through the fundamentals of running and jumping I would not have recovered from my injury quickly and take my game to the next level."  Sometimes mastering the basic fundamentals of movement can catapult anyone's game to the stratospheric heights.
