One of our patients had a tremendous break through this past week. She gives her all in every workout but finds it difficult to get up the following day or for the following workout days because she was not doing the "Smart Stretch Techniques" at home. She would do them before and after her workouts but was not doing them in between the workout days at home. She started to do the "Smart Stretch Techniques" at home between her workout days and started experiencing less soreness and stiffness on her workout days. She realized that her body felt fresher and was more motivated to workout. She connected the dots and had a break through. The main reason why most people stop working out or feel not motivated to workout is because they are too sore and stiff or they get injured. Most people don't take precautionary actions to prevent injuries or take care of their body's after a workout. Dr. Sanchez preaches to all of our patients to do the "SMART Stretch Techniques" at home in between visits or workouts to alleviate the soreness and stiffness and prevent injuries.
