Today is the third session with Chad’s basketball athletes. They start out with the SMART Stretch Technique and Dynamic Stretching. In the third session of the week Chad focuses more on basketball specific exercises. The athletes do defensive slides with ankle bands through cones, one legged hops through cones with band and waist harness, explosive layup drills with band and harness, dribbling drills with ankle band, core work, perfect push ups, and side line to side line sprints. The athletes end with SMART Stretch Technique.
